This role implies you are the lead practitioner—the person actually in the trenches making the big hires—while still commanding respect from the C-suite and high-level candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally execute the end-to-end sourcing and closing of elite global talent and Management Trainees.
  • Design and deploy aggressive multi-channel sourcing playbooks to poach top performers from competitors.
  • Manage and mentor the recruiting team and agency partners, maintaining a high-performance culture focused on speed to hire.
  • Analyze competitor hiring practices and talent pools to ensure Callbox remains the employer of choice in our industry.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and COO to define talent gaps and execute high-priority hiring initiatives immediately.
  • Evaluate and implement recruitment software, advertising platforms, and employer branding tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Build and nurture a ready-now bench of talent for critical roles across all global locations.
  • Represent Callbox at industry events and digital forums to attract a steady stream of high-caliber applicants.
  • Provide real-time updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Work with leadership on post-hire strategies to ensure our elite hires are successfully integrated and retained.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of aggressive, high-level recruitment or headhunting experience. We value your wins and your network over a diploma.
  • Deep experience in the B2B Lead Gen, Sales Outsourcing, or MarTech space. You must understand the specific DNA of a high-performing sales professional.
  • Mastery of passive candidate acquisition. You know how to find and engage talent that isn't looking at job boards.
  • Expert-level command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS optimization to streamline the lead-to-hire funnel.
  • Ability to oversee Recruitment Coordinators by demonstrating elite sourcing techniques yourself.
  • Powerhouse negotiation and storytelling skills; ability to represent the Callbox brand with authority to high-level targets.
  • A history of meeting and exceeding hiring targets in high-volume, high-stakes environments.
