Role Description The Product Manager role at Cognetics Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The position is responsible for guiding the success of a product by setting strategies, roadmap, and feature definition of the product line. The role analyzes competitor and client profile as well as market demand to produce sales and marketing plan and execute them.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strategist that possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy that can translate product's goals into actionable tasks
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, understand profitability, and make sound commercial decisions
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present, influence, and close deals with customers, dealers, and partners
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to promote products and build strong relationships with partners and customers
• Commercially driven and comfortable working with sales teams, vendors, and customers to achieve business targets
• With understanding of distribution concept, B2B concept and how businesses work
• Can use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
• Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Management/Economics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience

• Maintains relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Works closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities and develop strategies for the product that will meet customer and business growth expectations
