Assistant Product Manager
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to help drive the growth, marketing strategy, and market presence of our Hospital portfolio across the Philippines. Supporting the assigned brand(s) or category, you will formulate impactful marketing plans, analyse market insights, and collaborate closely with our sales teams to turn strategies into highly successful executions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Create and manage marketing plans for assigned brands, including target customer profiling and high-impact promo campaigns.
- Promotional Execution: Design promo strategies and detailed briefs, working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth rollout.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and pricing to find new ways to position products and hit sales targets.
- Sales Collaboration: Team up with the field sales force to launch, monitor, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage the approved product marketing budget, ensuring the cost-efficient, strategic, and highly effective utilization of all resources.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Marketing, Brand, or Product Management.
- Industry Savvy: Direct experience in building brands—ideally within the IV/hospital segment or ethical/prescription brands. Background in the pharmaceutical industry is a major advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office. Must be a proactive collaborator who can seamlessly bridge marketing strategy with sales execution.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field from an accredited university.
