Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Works closely with product managers and engineers
• Visualizes design concepts and creates graphic elements for the user interface
• Constructs navigation buttons and search fields for a seamless user experience.
• Develops UI mockups and prototypes
• Generates original graphic designs
• Identifies and resolves User Experience (UX) issues
• Makes layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Maintains consistency with style standards and guidelines for fonts, colors, and images

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human-centered product companies
• Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop) and providing holistic experience
• Highly proficient with design tools (Figma, Framer)
• A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences.
• Outstanding UX ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps
• Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback
• Strong collaboration with other Design Team members, Product Managers, and Engineering in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Experience working at a startup or fintech company, as a plus.
