ChangePlan.cois a fast-growing B2B SaaS start-up with a team across the Philippines, Australia and the US. Our platform is similar to a project management tool, and is trusted by global enterprises like Duracell and Bridgestone to implement large-scale projects smoothly.
We're looking for an experienced Product Designer based in the Philippines to take ownership of our Figma design system and help improve key parts of our platform.
This is a full-time role replacing a current contract designer.
Please note: strong spoken/written English + recent SaaS product design experience are strict requirements.
Your mission:
- Make ChangePlan feel coherent and easy to use across the whole platform, not just screen-by-screen.
- Systemize design so we ship faster: reusable components, interaction-complete workflows, minimal rework.
- Create clarity and momentum: everyone can see what's designed, what's missing, and what's next.
Responsibilities:
- Design remaining areas of the platform using existing components and patterns, improving navigation and overall UX coherence
- Ensure build-ready handoff to engineering, including interactions and states (empty/loading/error/permissions etc.)
- Support engineering through walkthroughs and design QA to keep builds aligned.
- Own and organize our Figma files and component library (components, variants, auto layout) to reduce duplication and rework.
- Learn our users challenges and the basics of organizational change management so designs fit the domain.
Requirements for the role:
- 4+ yearsproduct design(not just UI, graphic or branding)experiencefor SaaS or workflow-heavy applications.
- Strong Figma systems skills (component-driven design; organized, reusable libraries).
- Highly self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and able to work with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and producing clear, detailed designs.
Recruitment process (it's simple!):
- Interviews via video call with our team
- Receive an offer and start making an impact!
