Job Description

Be part of driving digital transformation across industries. As a Product Consultant, you will engage with qualified leads and deliver value-driven solutions across ERP (SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite), HRIS (People Navee X), and Cybersecurity and Cloud platforms (Sophos and CrowdStrike). This role combines consultative selling, business insight, and technology expertise to help organizations improve efficiency, security, and growth. The Product Consultant works collaboratively with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals, aligning with the company's vision and values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Activities and Customer Engagement:

  • Gather and generate prospective customers, identify new target segments, and penetrate sales for assigned product lines.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and product demonstrations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending products or services that align with their requirements.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products to tailor solutions that meet client demands.
  • Stay informed and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business and marketing opportunities.

Achievement of Sales Targets, Revenue Generation and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Work within sales and support teams to meet customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term account objectives.
  • Prepare and implement sales strategies to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
  • Generate revenue by providing expert advice and maintaining in-depth product knowledge.

Networking and Partnerships:

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and network with local associations to promote products.
  • Build partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and other channel partners to enhance market reach.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales support to customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate internally and externally to all stakeholders.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support the overall sales function.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT sales is not required, but an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and build strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Quick thinking of providing creative solutions that address customer's needs and concerns
  • With a pleasing personality and excellence in Business English communication skills
  • Willing to work or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
