Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions Product Consultant to drive sales and solution consulting for enterprise platforms, including Sophos and CrowdStrike.

In this role, you will help organizations improve their security posture through endpoint protection, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), firewall security, cloud security, and managed threat response.

You will act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, identifying security risks, designing tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle—from discovery and product demos to proposal, closing, and post-sales support.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and SaaS security solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for Sophos and CrowdStrike cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct security discovery sessions to assess client infrastructure, vulnerabilities, and risk exposure
  • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to cybersecurity needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support
  • Build strong relationships with IT managers, CISOs, and business decision-makers

2. Cybersecurity Solution Consulting

  • Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including:
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR)
  • Firewall Security
  • Cloud Security
  • Managed Threat Response
  • Translate client security requirements into custom cybersecurity architectures and solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and deployment readiness
  • Recommend zero-trust security approaches and risk mitigation strategies

3. Market Intelligence & Threat Awareness

  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and attack vectors
  • Monitor developments in cloud security, ransomware protection, and endpoint defense
  • Analyze competitor cybersecurity platforms and identify differentiation points for Sophos and CrowdStrike
  • Identify opportunities in SMEs, enterprise IT, and regulated industries

4. Sales Targets & Business Development

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas for cybersecurity solutions
  • Develop strategic sales approaches based on industry-specific security risks
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and solution architectures aligned with client requirements

5. Networking & Industry Engagement

  • Participate in cybersecurity conferences, IT forums, and technology events
  • Build relationships with IT leaders, security engineers, and enterprise decision-makers
  • Collaborate with vendor partners (Sophos & CrowdStrike) to enhance solution delivery and enablement

6. Post-Sales Support & Client Success

  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams
  • Provide post-sales engagement and client follow-through
  • Support long-term customer success and account growth

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT sales, cloud solutions, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with Sophos, CrowdStrike, or similar cybersecurity platforms
  • Basic knowledge of networking, endpoint security, or IT infrastructure

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess security risks and business impact

Location & Work Setup

  • Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Willing to travel or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila as needed
