Job Description

  • Network Administration & Infrastructure (Primary Role)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including:
  • LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
  • Routers, switches, and access points
  • Configure and manage network devices and services
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and connectivity problems
  • Ensure network reliability and minimal downtime across all locations
  • Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configurations
  • Firewall, VPN & Security Systems

Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and monitor firewall systems
  • Implement and maintain network security policies and access controls
  • Manage and support VPN connections for secure remote access
  • Monitor network traffic and identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate with vendors for advanced firewall or security configurations when needed
  • CCTV & Physical Security Systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including:
  • Camera functionality and recording systems
  • Storage and playback systems
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of CCTV hardware and software
  • Work with vendors for installation, upgrades, and repairs
  • Security, Compliance & IT Roadmap Execution

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
  • Implement and support infrastructure improvements, including:
  • Network upgrades
  • Security enhancements
  • Participate in the execution of the companys IT roadmap, including:
  • VPN expansion
  • Network segmentation
  • Infrastructure scalability
  • Identify opportunities to improve network performance, security, and reliability
  • IT Support (Secondary Role)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals when required
  • Assist users with basic hardware and connectivity issues
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (device setup and basic access configuration)
  • Escalate complex user issues to appropriate teams or vendors
