Short Description Of Work Position

Supports inventory reduction with regular and ad hoc reports. Prepares additional analytics to decrease slow moving inventory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a wide range of inventory and materials management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute inventory reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and manage reports measuring inventory health, stock levels, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze material consumption data to identify trends, risks, and changes in demand patterns.
  • Support inventory impact analyses, including order cancellations, consumption simulations, and ABC/XYZ segmentation.
  • Support Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO) activities to ensure smooth material lifecycle transitions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to materials and inventory performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Oracle, CP, E2Open, Power BI, and other available systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting outputs.
  • Works in accordance with the 5S and Lean methods
  • Respects the principles of environmental protection
  • Respects the principles of local and international International Trade Compliance procedures regarding all operations and business practices
  • Performs all other activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by immediate supervisor
  • Adheres to the procedures, rules and principles of the integrated management system
  • Works in accordance with ITC International Trade Rules
  • Contributes to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on the key areas of customer, company culture and continuous improvement system
  • As part of the continuous improvement system, makes improvement suggestions in line with company objectives

Work Position Specification

Required education:

  • Complete secondary school, or bachelor´s degree at university degree

Required Experience

  • Entry level professional

Language Skills

  • Good communication skills

PC Skills

  • Excel at advanced level (able to use formulas, pivot tables, functions, power query)
  • Power BI
  • Smart sheet

Other Skills, Abilities

  • Analytical skills, Logical thinking, Ability to work independently and schedule / prioritize task Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented mindsets
