We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to support our MEP projects with strong commercial and coordination skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments while advancing your career within a dynamic and growing organization.

Your Role

• Manage MEP subcontractor packages with guidance from the MEP Manager and Commercial Team
• Prepare and submit notifications of claims and variations
• Compile monthly interim payment applications based on work progress, aligning with subcontractor submissions
• Assess MEP subcontractor payment applications
• Support management of Special Airport Systems (SAS) packages linked to MEP works
• Review project reports and identify actionable issues
• Analyze and access variation details

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a readiness to take on a challenging and growth-oriented role
• Previous MEP and/or construction industry experience preferred
• Advanced problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and BIM 360/Navisworks (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
