- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management
- Develop and implement procurement policies, controls, and supplier audit processes
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, service levels, and contract terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and business units to ensure effective procurement execution
- Drive vendor relationship management and build a strong supplier pipeline
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews and audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Procurement Lead Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience with strong focus on procurement and vendor management
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing large-scale supplier portfolios
- Exposure to fast-paced industries such as fintech, FMCG, or digital businesses is preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity with strong risk and compliance awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
