Role Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost performance. The role focuses on implementing OPEX initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact while ensuring quality and on-time operations.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing operational excellence (OPEX) strategies focused on cost optimization and on-time delivery
- Strong technical capability to address challenges in growth, productivity, quality, and margin improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support sound decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
- Solid experience in process improvement and implementation of OPEX initiatives
- Proven experience in handling projects with significant financial impact (e.g., cost savings, efficiency improvement)
- Knowledgeable in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification is an advantage)
- Willing to work on-site
