Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily operations, providing direction and coaching to onshore and/or offshore associates
  • Manage workflows, work volumes, and service levels to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are met
  • Communicate operational performance, metrics, and service‑level status to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls support audit responses and risk‑mitigation initiatives
  • Develop and engage team members through regular feedback, performance management, and employee engagement activities
  • Support and lead operational projects, process improvements, and corporate initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated exemplary performance as a tenured associate
  • Experience managing daily operations, workflows, and service‑level delivery in a regulated or service‑driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with Compliance, internal teams, and impacted stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Banking, financial services, or insurance operations experience
  • Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
  • Exposure to audit, risk management, or control frameworks
  • Experience in project leadership or process‑improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in data analysis, metrics management, and ad hoc reporting
