As a Project Manager at BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of key initiatives within our Retail/Branch Banking division. This full-time position is based in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient implementation of new products, services and operational improvements
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to define project requirements, manage risks and address any issues that arise
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, and providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Leading and motivating project teams, providing direction, support and coaching to ensure successful project delivery
- Driving continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, capturing key learnings and implementing process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With solid experience in implementing and monitoring projects that deliver significant financial impact to the company
- Knowledgeable in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Willing to work on-site
