Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience working with SAP Business One in a transactional and reporting environment
Proven experience in SQL querying and data analysis against SAP business one databases
Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing crystal reports for SAP Business One
Prior experience supporting ERP Systems (SAP Business One), SAP databases, and business reporting requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate complex SAP, SQL, and reporting concepts to non-technical users
Effective coordination with IT, Finance, Operations and Management

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document end-to-end SAP Business one processes including
Purchasing module
Inventory management
Sales & Distribution
Accounts Payable and Finance
Production and Operations
Master data and System configuration
Ensure correct SAP Document flow and transactional usage across all modules to prevent errors, rework, and posting inconsistencies
Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for SAP Business One-related workflows, aligned with actual system behavior and business requirements
Validate SAP configurations and transactional impacts on accounting, inventory valuation, and management reporting
