Must-Have

• 10+ years of Experience in Problem Management skills in banking domain
• Excellent Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 shift model
• Ability to work in hostile environment and look for solutions by managing various stakeholders.
• Ability to run war room independently and be able to provide regular updates both to the business & technology stakeholders.
• Drive RCA independently and ensure closure of the problems.
• Ability to send to regular updates to all the stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

• ITIL Certification
• Handled Major Incidents independently
