Position: Problem Manager

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

10+ years of Experience in Problem Management skills in banking domain
Excellent Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
Ability to work in 24x7 shift model
Ability to work in hostile environment and look for solutions by managing various stakeholders.
Ability to run war room independently and be able to provide regular updates both to the business & technology stakeholders.
Drive RCA independently and ensure closure of the problems.
Ability to send to regular updates to all the stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

ITIL Certification
Handled Major Incidents independently

1 End to End ownership of the war rooms, run war room, and drive RCA

4 Own RCA and ensure Solution is deployed into production.
