Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
  • Provide support on all sourcing activities for the UK&I regions as the primary focus, while also targeting candidates within the client's designated industry sector.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and clear communication at each stage.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence within the talent acquisition space, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management and engagement at all times.

Skills & Experience:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • A proactive sourcer with experience in managing high-level, niche roles and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in global recruitment, particularly supporting UK&I or EMEA regions.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates strong ownership and accountability.
  • Prior experience using tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, Boolean search, Phenom, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
