About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FinancialPricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director, Pricing with developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies for both residential and commercial services. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Product teams to ensure our pricing supports profitability, competitiveness, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial pricing models and tools to support data driven pricing decisions by the Product Management and Pricing teams.
- Support monthly Pricing report generation including Price Compliance, Price Volume Mix, Price Increase Pass Through and Customer Profitability.
- Help maintain and evolve Financial Price forecasting models and data reports for monthly Executive Pricing Committee presentations.
- Analyze historical sales data, customer retention, close rates, market and customer segment trends, and operational expenses to inform pricing strategies and modeling assumptions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Pricing teams to model and monitor the financial performance and effectiveness of price changes and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis and data mining to support ongoing company initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, corporate financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Jedox, Power BI).
- Experience working with large data sets, implementing data cleansing techniques, system data migrations and business system integrations.
- Experience with VBA and SQL coding and use of AI tools to drive report automation.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, AS400 and PestPac) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to effectively convey to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes
- Amenable to work on US hours/night shift schedule, including holidays and overtime
