Trusted business partner to one or more portfolio leadership teams, providing strategic direction for prioritization and alignment to achieve business outcomes.
Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement to standardized practices
Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit realization and value delivered
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background minimum qualification graduate in any field | preferred Postgraduate / MBA in project management
Minimum 5 years Agile Portfolio Management; with minimum 1 year people management experience
Certified/ trained with 2-3 years experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous improvement
Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution
Experience in report automation is an advantage
Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
