Job Description
- Align HR initiatives with operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, and workforce efficiency.
- Lead workforce planning and talent readiness to support fluctuating production levels.
- Drive leadership development, performance management, and succession planning for supervisors and frontline leaders.
- Implement engagement programs tailored to a shift-based, high-volume workforce to reduce turnover and improve morale.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Support organizational change initiatives to enhance effectiveness and improve HR processes.
- Champion continuous improvement to elevate employee experience and operational capability.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.
- Strong command of Philippine labor law and labor relations.
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels in a high-paced operational setting.
- Experience managing employee engagement and retention in labor-intensive or shift-based operations.
- Excellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
