What You'll Do
Schedule Preparation & Management
- Develop and update project schedules for tender, consultancy, and construction stages using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Create what-if scenarios to assess potential changes and impacts
- Ensure schedules meet contractual and procedural requirements
- Coordinate with design, construction, and contract administration teams
Reporting & Records Management
- Prepare and maintain progress and productivity reports
- Assist in material volume calculations and productivity analysis
- Maintain organized schedule-related records for claims defensibility
Risk Identification & Claims Support
- Track schedule risks and provide early warnings
- Assist in claims analysis and EOT assessments
- Draft programme-related correspondence and support delay analysis
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 47 years experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls (marine/coastal/infrastructure preferred)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage
- Understanding of contractual claims processes and delay analysis techniques
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard forms of contract is an advantage
- Willing to accept project-based status and be stationed in Manila
