Responsible for developing efficient and optimal plans for hangar maintenance tasks and activities. This includes planning, organizing, and monitoring various base maintenance checks such as C01 Check, Light Check, MLG Seal and Assembly replacement, aircraft recovery from long-term preservation, and other equivalent checks. The role also involves overseeing the execution of maintenance plans or Gantt charts to ensure tasks are carried out properly and completed within the target turnaround time (TAT). Additionally, the planner ensures the work area is kept clean, safe, and free of FOD, while performing other related duties as may be assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Bachelor Science in Aeronautical Engineering and/or any aviation/aerospace related course.
- Preferably holder of PRC license and/or CAAP issued license.
- Have completed at least Aircraft and Engine type rating or LVL 3 rating (preferably Airbus 320/321 and ATR Fleet)
- With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Aviation maintenance industry or related position in Engineering, Quality, Line and Base Maintenance.
- Completed basic aviation related training.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess:
- At least 2 years experience as Planning Engineer C.
- At least 3 years experience minimum in Line or Base maintenance planning.
- EASA Part 145 (AMO) and EASA Part M (CAMO) function
- Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (AMM, SRM, CMM)
- Technical Support, OEM Repair Design Approval Sheet.
- Aircraft Parts and Materials (IPC, CML and TEM)
- Work Package preparation.
- Technical Records & Documentation.
- Gant preparation / Project management
