Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using [specific software like MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.]
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and realistic project timelines.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying delays or risks and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare periodic progress reports, highlighting potential issues and areas for improvement.
Analyze project data to forecast potential delays or cost overruns.
Ensure that project activities adhere to company policies, standards, and health & safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of resource-loaded schedules and cost control reports.
Support the project team with detailed planning and engineering-related inquiries.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize schedules and resources.
Proactively assess risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience 3 years as a Planning Engineer in construction or fit-out industry.
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, and safety regulations is a plus.
