Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Tester located in Makati. Ortigas, or Greenhills. The Performance Tester will be responsible for executing various types of performance tests, developing and implementing test strategies, and conducting load testing scenarios. The role also involves analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and ensuring that applications meet established performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in executing performance tests and conducting load testing scenarios
• Proficient in developing and implementing test strategies for performance testing
• Strong analytical skills to analyze test results and identify performance issues
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the software development lifecycle is a plus
