We are a fast-paced digital growth marketing company looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our paid media campaigns.
In this role, you won't just be managing budgets—you will be the strategic architect behind our customer acquisition engines across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You will collaborate directly with our creative, data, and growth strategy teams to build and scale full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a growth agency, startup, or fast-growing e-commerce/DTC/SaaS environment.
• Proven Track Record: A portfolio of campaigns where you have successfully managed large-scale monthly budgets and directly driven profitable revenue growth.
• Technical Stack Expertise:
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or programmatic platforms is a major plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to turn messy, multi-channel data points into clear, actionable growth insights.
• Creative Intuition: An understanding of psychology-driven ad copy and what makes a visual asset convert on a social feed.
• Communication: Strong communication skills—you can easily explain complex data trends to internal teams and stakeholders without burying them in jargon.
