Job Overview

We are a fast-paced digital growth marketing company looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our paid media campaigns.

In this role, you won't just be managing budgets—you will be the strategic architect behind our customer acquisition engines across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You will collaborate directly with our creative, data, and growth strategy teams to build and scale full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of paid growth channels (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.), including budgeting, audience targeting, setup, testing, and continuous daily optimization.
  • Data & Analytics: Deep-dive into analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and Conversion Rates).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run continuous experiments across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to squeeze maximum efficiency out of every dollar spent.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters and designers to produce high-performing ad creatives. Translate raw performance data into actionable creative briefs
  • Budget & Scaling Management: Efficiently manage and allocate monthly media budgets, ensuring optimal pacing while aggressively scaling winning campaigns.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve on platform algorithm shifts, privacy changes (like iOS frameworks), new ad formats, and emerging growth marketing tactics.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a growth agency, startup, or fast-growing e-commerce/DTC/SaaS environment.

Proven Track Record: A portfolio of campaigns where you have successfully managed large-scale monthly budgets and directly driven profitable revenue growth.

Technical Stack Expertise:

  • Expert-level mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and tracking/attribution methodologies.

Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or programmatic platforms is a major plus.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to turn messy, multi-channel data points into clear, actionable growth insights.

Creative Intuition: An understanding of psychology-driven ad copy and what makes a visual asset convert on a social feed.

Communication: Strong communication skills—you can easily explain complex data trends to internal teams and stakeholders without burying them in jargon.
