The Role
You will own a portfolio of enterprise growth accounts running on X8 FLEX, our productized growth engine on demand. The work spans paid, owned, and earned media for a diverse set of B2C and B2B clients across telco, banking and finance, hospitality, automotive, retail, and e-commerce. Performance media, affiliate, email and lifecycle, organic, and on-site optimization sit under one roof, measured against a unified set of KPIs. On select accounts you will also support our Bespoke AI Engineering track, contributing to MarTech stack strategy, attribution and measurement design, or CDP and data architecture. You will mentor a growing team of AI-native Performance Marketing Managers and Digital Performance Strategists.
This is a senior seat. Performance for our clients is what earns the next account, the next conversation, and the next chapter for us as a company. What You'll Own
· A portfolio of 4 to 6 enterprise growth accounts inside X8 FLEX, spanning B2C and B2B clients across telco, banking and finance, hospitality, automotive, retail, and e-commerce.
· Paid, owned, and earned media execution: paid social, paid search, programmatic and display, email and lifecycle, CRM-led nurture, organic social, on-site optimization, and content distribution.
· Performance media strategy across acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Lifecycle thinking, not just last-click thinking.
· Affiliate and partnership channels: network management, partner activation, commission design, and fraud monitoring.
· E-commerce performance for retail and direct-to-consumer clients: product feed health for shopping channels, on-site experience testing, basket and conversion mechanics.
· Attribution and measurement appropriate to the channel and vertical: GA4, Looker Studio, conversion APIs, pixel and tag hygiene. You know when platform-native reporting is enough and when it is not.
· Client-facing performance reviews and quarterly business reviews. The senior performance voice in the room.
· Mentorship of Performance Marketing Managers: setting the bar for craft, reviewing work, accelerating their progression.
· Contribution to renewal, expansion, and upsell conversations alongside Business Development. Performance lift is your strongest commercial argument.
· Continuous improvement of the X8 FLEX playbook: pricing models, capacity planning, attribution standards, AI workflow library.
What We're Looking For
· 5 to 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across B2C and B2B contexts. Agency, brand-side, or platform-side experience all count.
· Multi-industry track record across two or three of: telco, banking and finance, hospitality, automotive, retail, e-commerce, or comparable verticals.
· Quantified impact on the metrics that matter: CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, retention, or revenue lift. Bring specifics.
· Paid media mastery across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), paid search (Google), and at least one programmatic or display platform.
· Owned media fluency: email and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo, Braze, Mailchimp, or equivalent), CRM-led nurture, organic social, and on-site optimization.
· Earned media literacy: affiliate program management, influencer activations, or PR-driven performance.
· E-commerce experience: Shopify, WooCommerce, or comparable platform fluency, including product feed and shopping channel work.
· Attribution and measurement working knowledge: GA4, multi-touch basics, conversion windows, view-through versus click-through, and the limits of platform-native reporting.
· Performance analytics fluency in GA4 and Looker Studio. You can read the data without needing a separate analyst for routine questions.
· Ad operations and tagging hygiene: GTM, conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions), pixel implementation, data layer basics.
· AI tooling fluency: integrate AI into daily workflows for creative testing, audience research, reporting, or optimization recommendations.
· Track record of mentoring or developing junior team members. Evidence of someone who improved measurably under your guidance.
· Operational discipline: pacing, QA, change logs, performance reports delivered on cadence.
· Clear and confident communicator: strong written and verbal English, Filipino fluency, executive presence with multiple client stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, communications, or a related field.
Bonus Points If You Have
· Industry depth in one or more of telco (postpaid acquisition, churn, recharge), banking and finance (acquisition compliance, AML/KYC, lifecycle), hospitality (booking windows, OTA strategy, direct versus distributed), automotive (lead quality, dealer handoff, consideration cycles), retail (seasonality, promotion economics, omnichannel), or e-commerce at performance scale.
· AI-native workflows hands-on experience: creative testing, audience modeling, bid optimization, and reporting automation through platform APIs and AI tooling.
· Advanced tagging: server-side tagging architecture, conversion API deep configuration, data layer design for multi-domain or multi-property setups.
· LTV/CAC modeling: cohort, payback, retention curve work. You can articulate the difference between a CAC problem and an LTV problem.

Your First 90 Days
Day 30: Diagnosis. Onboarded across X8 FLEX and our Bespoke AI Engineering track. Inherited or shadowed a portfolio of 3 to 5 active enterprise accounts, with a written audit of attribution, tagging hygiene, and reporting quality across paid, owned, and earned channels. Met every active client in your portfolio. Submitted a 30-day diagnostic to the Head of Performance Marketing outlining the three highest-priority interventions.
Day 60: Architecture. Locked attribution and reporting standards across your portfolio. Owning weekly performance reviews independently. Shipped at least one measurable optimization on an inherited account with documented before-and-after. Begun a mentorship cadence with assigned Performance Marketing Managers. Contributed at least one reusable workflow, dashboard, or playbook artifact to the team.
Day 90: Contribution. Owning the full portfolio independently with consistent week-on-week performance and forecast accuracy. Demonstrated measurable performance lift on at least one inherited account. Coached at least one Performance Marketing Manager to a documented improvement in their craft.
