About the Opportunity
The Lind Hotels is expanding! We are seeking a strategic, highly capable People and Culture Manager to lead our People and Culture operations for the pre-opening of The Lind Coron, in Palawan.
This role is built for a proven HR Generalist Lead, Human Resources Manager, or Assistant HR Director with a strong background in luxury hospitality

Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily pre-opening P&C operations, executing full-cycle workflows across talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, administration, and labor relations.
- Directs mass recruitment strategies and local workforce sourcing to fulfill pre-opening manning guides across all resort departments.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to establish P&C operational policies, performance management systems, and departmental budgets aligned with brand standards.
- Drives employee engagement, wellness programs, and organizational culture initiatives to cultivate a high-performing resort environment.
- Manages progressive discipline, labor relations, employee grievances, and statutory compliance in accordance with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE standards.
- Oversees payroll audits, statutory benefit filings, compensation administration, and personnel record management with strict confidentiality.
- Facilitates onboarding and employee development programs, ensuring all pre-opening team members are trained to 5-star luxury service standards.
- Deputizes for and leads P&C department undertakings in the absence of the Group Director of People and Culture.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is required.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience within a 5-star luxury hotel or premium resort environment.
- Proven hands-on expertise across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, HR Administration, and Employee Engagement.
- Demonstrated history of career stability (minimum 2 to 3 years continuous service per employer).
- Must be fully willing to relocate and be based on-site in Coron, Palawan for pre-opening and ongoing resort operations.
