Job Description

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of client payroll under the Companys Managed Services Division. This role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, maintains payroll records, and serves as a key point of contact for client payroll-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process end-to-end payroll for assigned clients through ERIC ERP
  • Ensure accuracy of salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits
  • Handle statutory compliance (e.g., taxes, government contributions)
  • Maintain and update payroll records and reports
  • Address client inquiries related to payroll and discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payroll data requirements
  • Ensure adherence to payroll timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of payroll experience
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and statutory requirements preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
