Job Summary:

We are seeking a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience and a thorough understanding of Singapore payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including payroll inputs, validation, salary computation, and disbursement.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and monthly payroll summaries.
• Process payroll adjustments, claims, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS regulations, and Singapore labor laws.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors when required.
• Support audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS regulations, and local employment legislation.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work within strict payroll timelines and deadlines.
