Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll for employees.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Verify timesheets and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings (tax & government benefits).
  • Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Issue payslips
  • Maintain accurate payroll data in HR/payroll systems.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
