Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support benefits administration and HRIS data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely payroll (semi-monthly/monthly)
  • Review and validate timekeeping, salary adjustments, and payroll computations
  • Handle statutory contributions and ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR
  • Prepare and submit required government reports (e.g., BIR 1601-C, 2316, Alphalist)
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and payroll-related records
  • Maintain and update HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll, tax, and statutory regulations
  • Experience with government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Experience with eFPS and eBIRForms is an advantage
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
