ACMobility is looking for a Parts Dealer Coordinator to manage and support the spare parts supply chain while ensuring timely availability and distribution of parts to the dealer network. This role supports the business by strengthening dealer coordination, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
The position focuses on coordinating with suppliers, dealers, and internal teams to address parts‑related concerns, monitor performance, and improve dealer satisfaction. Within company policies and service level targets, the Parts Dealer Coordinator contributes to efficient aftersales operations and sustained dealer partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding spare parts inquiries, orders, and support
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability and distribution of spare parts
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with dealers to support business partnerships
- Provide timely responses to dealer requests on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitor order processing accuracy and fulfillment timelines
- Track sales and order performance metrics related to spare parts
- Address and resolve dealer complaints or disputes related to parts availability or quality
- Support dealer training and provide guidance on parts processes and systems
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to parts coordination activities
Qualifications
- College graduate in business, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in automotive aftersales, parts operations, or dealer coordination roles
- Knowledge of spare parts supply chain, inventory management, or order processing
- Strong coordination and communication skills for dealer and internal stakeholder engagement
- Ability to monitor performance indicators such as response time and order accuracy
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple dealer‑related transactions
