Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Cafe Team Lead. The Cafe Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training team members, monitoring inventory, and ensuring food safety compliance. Additionally, the Cafe Team Lead will assist with customer interactions, support events held at the cafe, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe operations, team management, and staff training
• Understanding of inventory management, food handling, and basic compliance regulations
• Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Interest or experience in art, community engagement, or creative collaboration is a plus
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends
• Prior experience in hospitality or a food and beverage setting is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is desirable
• Interest and passion for coffee is a plus
