Role Description The Paid Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philippines. This role is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and display to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. The Paid Media Manager will manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and adjust bids and targeting to maximize return on ad spend. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand goals, coordinating timelines, and ensuring consistent messaging. The role also involves staying current on media trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy to design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Public Relations abilities to collaborate with internal teams, share performance insights, and support brand positioning.
- Knowledge of New Media platforms and trends to leverage emerging channels and formats effectively.
- Experience with digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics platforms, and campaign reporting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce paid media management is an advantage.
