PERFORMANCE MARKETING/ PAID MEDIA MANAGER
Full-Time | Remote I Independent Contractor Role
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company seeking a Performance Marketing / Paid Media Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth through high-performing paid media campaigns.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys testing and optimisation, and can balance strategy with execution across multiple digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and directory platforms.
- Develop, test, and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign, lead, and pipeline data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Create and coordinate compelling ad creatives, including static and video content.
- Monitor and optimise advertising spend, performance metrics, and return on investment.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives.
TOOLS & PLATFORMS
Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:
- Paid search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Review and directory platforms (e.g. G2, Capterra)
- CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- CMS and landing page tools (e.g. WordPress, Unbounce)
- Creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- AI and productivity tools (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, other AI-assisted marketing tools)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success improving ROAS, lead generation, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven approach to marketing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
