Your Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Paid Marketing Specialist with proven experience in Meta, Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms to drive campaign performance, optimization, and accurate tracking.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across 2–3 channels, including Programmatic, Social (Facebook), and PPC (Google Ads).
- Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and onshore teams to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 platforms (Programmatic, Social, PPC).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Undergraduates may be considered if they meet the skills requirements.
- Willingness to work on night shifts, and must have a stable internet connection for a remote work setup
