About the Role:
This role functions within a high-performing regional team, requiring an individual capable of both independent execution and seamless collaboration with a diverse group of media professionals. The position focuses on technical campaign management and strategic planning within the Asia-Pacific market. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between creative strategy and data-driven execution to achieve specific client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end technical setup of paid social campaigns and perform real-time optimizations to meet or surpass performance benchmarks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive media plans, identifying optimal platforms, audience segments, and creative approaches.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of live campaigns to monitor pacing, manage budgets, and resolve technical issues.
- Synthesize complex performance data into professional, client-ready reports that highlight actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage operational relationships and stay current with best practices across major platforms including Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and META.
- Enforce brand safety protocols and implement measures to mitigate digital ad fraud.
- Oversee the accuracy and utility of all standardized reporting outputs.
- Coordinate direct media buys with digital publishers and manage the associated administrative workflows, including legal documentation and billing.
- Generate integrated reports that analyze performance across multiple platforms and direct placements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in media planning and purchasing across digital and traditional channels within an agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding the use of macros and pivot tables for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain productivity and logical thinking in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Highly developed organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
