Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and compatible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to ensure project alignment. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their configuration. - Experience with integration techniques using application programming interfaces and middleware. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability. - Proficient in managing software release cycles and version control within cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Manila office.
