Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing a variety of tools and application programming interfaces to deliver seamless solutions. Collaboration with different teams to maintain compatibility and optimize application functionality is an integral part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of application configurations with organizational goals. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Terraform (Software). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code principles and best practices. - Experience in automating deployment pipelines and managing cloud infrastructure. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure configurations for performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Terraform (Software). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
