Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance system functionality and user experience. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Project Management (PM). - Comprehensive knowledge of Workday configuration and integration capabilities. - Ability to utilize APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Strong problem-solving skills to address complex system issues and deliver scalable solutions. - Experience in managing application releases and ensuring system stability in dynamic environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
