Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous monitoring of system performance are integral parts of daily activities to maintain seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application functionality and user experience. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to support business processes. - Proficient in using APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Skilled in managing application releases and ensuring compatibility across integrated systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
