Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your work involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and performance. Your role includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and efficient application management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and release deployments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration. - Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow to streamline workflows and processes. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces and web services to enable system interoperability. - Ability to utilize low-code/no-code development tools to create scalable and maintainable solutions. - Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices as they relate to ServiceNow implementations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
