Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality. - Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for cloud applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - This position is based at our Manila office.
