Job Description

Overview

This position is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth for DITO Mobile products and services within the general trade channels. The role leverages expertise in market reports gathering and preparation, campaign execution, and competitive intelligence to support business objectives.

Functions

  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Supports the execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services. Assists in defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, and marketing campaign strategies.
  • Campaign Implementation and Monitoring: Executes marketing campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Monitors campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to optimization efforts.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitors competitor activities and provides regular competitive analysis reports and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and channel growth.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of plans.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy execution, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Fundamental understanding of the mobile market and customer dynamics.
  • Proven track record of success in contributing to and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to track campaign performance.
  • Experience in executing promotional campaigns for mobile products or services.
  • Strong understanding of general trade sales channels.
  • Ability to develop post-promo reports and performance summaries.
