Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of outbound telecommunications. You will oversee and guide our telesales agents in delivering exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving strong sales results. 

You will be the driving force behind a growing team of outbound sales agents. If you have a step up and take control attitude and a proven track record of turning new recruits into sales champions, we want to hear from you. 

The Role at a Glance 

Location: In-office, Mandaue City, Cebu 

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Night Shift) 

Team Size: Directly managing 3-5 outbound sales agents 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Performance: Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets. 30% of your day will be to oversee the team and the balance will be to set an example by generating sales.
  • Sales Targets: Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs. 
  • Training & Development: Take charge of the end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical nesting period. 
  • Data-Driven Coaching: Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates. 
  • Operations & Process Compliance: Ensure accurate use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) across the team while maintaining a high standard of data accuracy, call logging, and follow-ups. 
  • Scale the Business: Manage a steady flow of new sales talent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor. 

 Requirements  

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a BPO operations environment. 
  • Leadership Style: Strong leadership and communication skills. A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team's results and doesn't wait for instructions to solve problems. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience is highly preferred. 
  • Tools: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications, including (but not limited to) Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft 365 
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
