Your Day-to-Day
Solution Engineering & Deployment
- Translate approved OT cybersecurity architectures and standards into deployable solutions
- Implement OT security controls aligned to safety, availability, and cybersecurity requirements
- Support engineering design decisions in OT / PCN environments
- Deploy enterprise‑approved OT security technologies as part of ACE safeguard delivery
OT Admin Zone (OTAZ) Implementation
- Implement and integrate OT Admin Zone architectures, including:
- Enterprise Admin Zone (EAZ)
- Data Aggregation Zone (DAZ)
- Process / Plant Access Zone (PAZ)
- DMZ and PCN connectivity
- Ensure zoning, segmentation, and access controls align with enterprise OT security standards
- Support secure integration between OT and IT environments where required
Operational Readiness & Documentation
- Develop and maintain:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work instructions and runbooks
- Support and sustainment documentation
- Produce as‑built documentation and supporting evidence for audit, compliance, and assurance activities
- Ensure deployed security controls are fully operational and supportable
Transition to Operations (TTO) & Hypercare
- Execute structured Transition to Operations (TTO) activities
- Perform knowledge transfer to operations and sustainment teams
- Provide stabilization and hypercare support following deployments
- Resolve operational tickets and deployment‑related support requests during hypercare
Delivery Execution & Collaboration
- Execute deployment and hypercare activities against agreed delivery plans
- Support backlog execution in coordination with:
- Product Owners
- Deployment Coordinators
- Central engineering and operations teams
- Work in close collaboration within OT / PCN environments to ensure secure, stable deployments
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, Finance and Accounting
Core Technical Skills (Required)
- Strong hands‑on experience in OT cybersecurity engineering
- Practical knowledge of OT Admin Zone (OTAZ) architectural patterns
- Experience implementing OT security controls in production OT / PCN environments
- Understanding of OT safety and availability constraints when applying security controls
OT Security Technologies (One or More Required)
Hands‑on experience with enterprise OT security technologies such as:
- Axonius – OT asset inventory and exposure management
- Splunk – OT logging, monitoring, and visibility
- Tenable OT – OT vulnerability and anomaly detection
- SteelCloud – Server hardening and CIS‑aligned compliance
- SolarWinds – Network hardening and compliance monitoring
- AlgoSec – Network segmentation and firewall policy management
- Veeam – Immutable backup and recovery
- Password Manager Pro – OT identity and access management
- Symantec / Trellix – Endpoint protection
- Microsoft RDS – Secure remote access solutions
Prior experience using these tools in live OT or PCN environments is strongly preferred.
Documentation & Operational Skills
- Ability to write clear, auditable technical documentation
- Experience supporting compliance, assurance, and audit activities
- Comfortable working through operational tickets and support queues
- Strong knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication skills
Engagement & Delivery Expectations
- Available for immediate or near‑term onboarding
- Dedicated project‑based delivery capacity
- Experience working within cross‑functional delivery teams
- Able to operate independently in complex, safety‑critical environments
Preferred Background
- OT / Industrial cybersecurity experience (manufacturing, energy, utilities, etc.)
- Familiarity with IEC 62443‑aligned security concepts (zoning, defense‑in‑depth)
- Experience working alongside OT, IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams
Location: Makati City; 2 days onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Amenable for 1 year contract, subject to extension
