The Organizational Development Specialist supports initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability. The role partners with stakeholders to drive change, strengthen culture, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• At least 35 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR
• Experience in organizational design, change management, and employee engagement programs
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work in Pasay, Metro Manila
