Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organization Development (OD) Specialist to drive initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on designing and implementing employee programs, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage employee programs aimed at engagement, development, and retention.
  • Lead succession planning processes to identify high-potential talent and prepare them for key roles.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams to create and refine training programs, workshops, and curriculum development.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to support culture transformation, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously improving processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in organizational development and apply insights to organizational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions.
  • Experience designing employee programs, succession planning frameworks, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Strong skills in curriculum development, instructional design, or training facilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform development strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Experience with change management initiatives and culture transformation.
  • Certification in OD, L&D, or related fields is a plus.
