JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement across our growing portfolio of hospitality and restaurant brands.
This role will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure our people, culture, and organizational structures support SHG's continued expansion and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
A. Organization Development & Workforce Planning
- Lead organizational assessments and workforce planning initiatives across brands and functions
- Develop and implement competency frameworks that support career growth and performance excellence
- Support organization design and change initiatives to improve effectiveness and scalability
- Partner with leaders to identify organizational capability gaps and recommend solutions
B. Leadership Development & Learning
- Drive leadership development programs for frontline, supervisory, managerial, and emerging leaders
- Partner with Learning & Development in building leadership readiness pathways and capability-building programs
- Facilitate leadership workshops, talent reviews, and development interventions
- Support SHG Academy initiatives that strengthen organizational capability
C. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Lead talent review, calibration, and talent mapping exercises
- Identify and develop high-potential employees and future leaders
- Build and maintain succession plans for critical positions
- Monitor leadership pipeline readiness and talent risks
D. Culture, Engagement & Organizational Health
- Champion SHG's culture and PRIME values across the organization
- Lead employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and organizational health assessments
- Translate people insights into actionable programs that improve engagement and performance
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and leadership accountability
C. Governance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the effectiveness of OD programs through data and defined KPIs
- Provide insights on workforce capability, succession readiness, and organizational health
- Support the implementation and adoption of competency and performance management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee and organizational effectiveness
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR or Organizational Development experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or multi-site organizations is highly preferred
